About Restminder
Restminder runs quitely and waits for the pre-set time to remind you to take a break. The default recommended value is 55 minutes screen time vs 5 minutes break, but you can easily adjust it to your needs or situation.

Absolutely not! Installer takes almost no space on your disk, insallation takes seconds, and there is no initial setup - Restminder just works out of the box.
You will see a nice and clean break screen with a nice countdown timer that shows you how much time for your break is left. It will temporary cover everything in your screen, and will go off when the break time is over.
That is no issue at all. Restminder break screen is equipped with an optoin to skip current break. Just hit the skip button and you're good to go. Just don't forget to make a break later, your body really needs it!
